The Bill Green Award for Entrepreneurial Innovation will also be presented. \nWe have teamed up with Ray & Scott (who are also celebrating their 60th anniversary) to bring you our charity table game\, ‘Diamond or Dudd’. The aim of the game is to say whether you think the Diamonds being present by Martin and Jeff are real or fake for your chance to win a beautiful piece of diamond jewellery and help us raise money for Autism Guernsey. It will cost £5 to play which can be paid in advance or in cash on the night.

DESCRIPTION:The 2022 Summer Party will be taking place on Thursday 9th June at Kings’ new sports lounge and bistro\, 1857. \nFrom 6pm\, drinks and canapes will be served outside on the lawn (inside if required) with live music from Emily Fern. You will also be able to use the outside pool and changing facilities between 6-7pm. \nA luxury BBQ (including vegetarian options and dessert) will be served on the terrace at 7pm\, with live music Callum Aitkin\, lead singer of The Nightmares\, from 10pm. \nFriends and partners are welcome to attend the Summer Party at a cost of £60. DESCRIPTION:The YBG’s new initiative\, ‘Netwalking’ is kick-starting with a lovely stroll around the Saumarez Nature Trail. \nLead by past president\, Nicki Harrison\, join us from the meeting point by Cobo Village car park. From there\, we’ll head down the track alongside the Le Mare De Carteret playing fields and then across the road to the nature trail. \n \nThe loop will take us to the field adjacent to Saumarez park and then back again\, taking about an hour (maybe slightly longer as we natter). \nFeel free to bring along friends or family\, (including the fluffy members of the family) and tag along for part or all of the walk. It’s a great excuse to stop at Cobo Tea Room\, the Rockmount or Grandes Rocque beach afterwards and make the most of what’ll hopefully be a sunny Sunday! \nIf you’d like to come\, please RSVP to ybgsocials@gmail.com with ‘June Netwalking’ and Nicki will add you to the list. \nHow to get there \nThere’s a decent amount of parking and cycling spaces in the cobo area and the 41 bus route stops in the area. While the tracks are easy to walk\, there will be patches of uneven ground and some small inclines. \nKindly note this is an informal chance to walk and talk and we aim to be as inclusive as possible so while it should only take an hour\, we may slow down to accommodate all fitness levels. DESCRIPTION:For our incredible August dinner event… we are heading to the sea side! \nJoin us at Puffin & Oyster on Thursday\, 3rd August at 6pm. As the event is out of town\, the YBG have also chartered a bus service (limited spaces) from and back to town! \nPick up (for those on the bus) will 5.30pm from the bus stop in front of the Thomas De La Rue along the sea front. \nOn arrival\, we’ve also included a welcome drink so you can enjoy a glass of Pimms or drink of your choice to start off the night. \nWe have exclusive use of the outdoor terrace and the front part of the restaurant\, making the most of those stunning sea views and weather permitting\, drinks and food will be served on the terrace but there is the option to be seated inside if the weather isn’t on our side.  \nWe’ll hear from Sam Claxton from Visit Guernsey about our thriving tourism sector before tucking into the fabulous menu that Monique and the team at Puffin & Oyster have curated… \nStarter \nShared tapas so no selection required\, (individual plate provided for anyone with dietary requirements): \nSalt and pepper calamari  \nTomato bruschetta \nGrilled flat bread \nChicken wings  \nGuernsey crab arancini\, tomato fondue\, saffron aioli\, Parmesan   \nMains \nFlat-iron chicken thighs\, rainbow slaw salad\, polenta chips\, chermoula yoghurt \nCourgette\, spinach and green herb risotto\, peas\, vegan feta\, radish (ve)    \nGuernsey crab and king prawn linguine\, preserved lemon butter\, vine-ripened tomato and chilli  \nBavette steak and Vietnamese rice noodle salad\, cashews\, lime\, ginger and chilli dressing. \nThe P&O beef burger\, streaky bacon\, smoked Cheddar\, BBQ relish\, skin-on fries   \nPizza: grilled sprouting broccoli\, burrata\, rocket (v) \nDesserts \nLittle Biscoff filled doughnuts\, caramelised banana\, chocolate sauce\, honeycomb ice cream (v) \nTriple choc brownie\, expresso ice cream\, salted caramel sauce\, almond wafers \npassionfruit and lime panna cotta\, caramelised pineapple\, vanilla ice cream \nDeparture time (for those on the bus) is 10.30pm\, and you will be dropped off point at the same place in town. \n**Important note** Please kindly let us know if you will be requiring transport to/from the venue and also specify if this is just one way (if so which journey!) or both.
