Breakfast at Les Rocquettes Hotel

Our September networking event will be breakfast, held at Les Rocquettes Hotel in the newly refurbished Johnson Suite from 7:30-9:00am. Details on the guest speaker will be issued shortly.

This event is also available as a free trial for non-members.

Menu options are as follows:

• Thick Cut Toasted Bloomer (white or malted wheat) with Guernsey butter and preserves
• Basket of Mini Pastries
• Freshly Baked Croissant, with Guernsey butter and preserves or nutella
• Ham & Cheese Toasted Croissant
• Bacon & Tomato Toasted Croissant
• The Oak Vegetarian Breakfast – Grilled halloumi, avocado, 2 poached hens eggs, hash browns, grilled Guernsey tomato, mushroom, baked beans, and a choice of white or malted wheat bloomer)
• Crushed Avocado and Grilled Asparagus Bruschetta, with tomato, red onion salsa and olive relish (V)

• Eggs Benedict – Pulled roasted ham on toasted muffins, two poached hens eggs, hollandaise sauce and pea shoots
• Eggs Florentine – Wilted spinach on toasted muffins, two poached hens eggs, hollandaise sauce and pea shoots
• Eggs Royale – Oak smoked salmon, two poached hens eggs, toasted English muffins and hollandaise sauce
• Scrambled Eggs and Smoked Salmon – Scrambled hens eggs, oak smoked salmon on a white or malted wheat bloomer
• Two Hens Eggs – Scrambled, poached or fried eggs on a white or malted wheat bloomer (V)
• Folded Omelette (three eggs) with one of the following fillings: smoked salmon; ham and tomato; chorizo and pepper; or cheese and mushroom
