Emilia Bianco

With extensive experience across customer/client relationship management positions across jewellery, travel and recruitment industries, Emilia always has people at the heart of everything she does.
Emilia joined Alexander Daniels in April 2023, after travelling central and South America, where within a year has been promoted to senior consultant.
With a love for collaboration, building meaningful relationships, and understanding the needs of the people she serves, she goes above and beyond to ensure service with excellence is provided consistently.
Emilia joined YBG council in February 2024.

Jarrad Knoetze
COMPANY SECRETARY
Jarrad is a Senior Associate* in Walkers' Guernsey Insolvency & Dispute Resolution and Regulatory & Risk Advisory practice groups and advises on all aspects of corporate and commercial disputes, including insolvency and trust disputes. Jarrad also advises on contentious and non-contentious regulatory matters, with a focus on matters relating to data protection, AML and CFT related issues, GFSC investigations and remediation programmes and SARs.
Jarrad has been practising in Guernsey since 2019, works with clients across the financial services industry in Guernsey, including financial institutions, trust companies and onshore law firms.

Dalen Vile
SOCIAL SECRETARY
Dalen is the Group Marketing Manager for the Norman Piette Group, overseeing marketing across five companies in the Channel Islands, including builders’ merchants and a hire business. His role focuses on strategic campaign planning, brand consistency, and supporting commercial teams to drive customer engagement and growth.
Dalen holds a first-class honours degree in Marketing Management and began his career at a marketing agency, managing clients ranging from Aurigny to Aladdin’s Cave. He later worked in Specsavers’ creative department before joining the Norman Piette Group in 2020, progressing from Marketing Assistant to his current position.
Outside of work, Dalen enjoys boating, smoking meat, and learning something new.

Lindsey Dean
COUNCIL MEMBER & PAST PRESIDENT
Lindsey is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Senior Audit Manager at Collenette Jones. She has developed her own portfolio, covering various types of companies, provides accounting support in house and manages the Practical Experience Requirement Scheme for trainees within the firm.
After obtaining an honours degree in Accounting and Finance from her hometown in Brighton, she moved to Guernsey in 2003.
Sophie Bonakdar
COUNCIL MEMBER & PAST PRESIDENT
Sophie is a Senior Marketing Executive at KPMG in the Crown Dependencies, where she works closely with partners and service lines to deliver strategic marketing, communications and events that strengthen client relationships and drive growth.
With a background spanning the creative arts, luxury retail, sales and professional services marketing, Sophie brings a people‑focused and commercially minded approach to her work. She holds a BA (Hons) in Metalwork and Jewellery Design and spent over a decade in luxury jewellery retail.
Alongside her commercial experience, Sophie has developed and delivered integrated marketing campaigns, social media strategies and high‑profile events, combining creativity with clear, strategic outcomes. She has led the marketing and communications for YBG for the past three years, shaping its brand, and engagement with the local business community.
Sophie served as President of YBG from April 2025 to 2026, supporting the organisation’s mission to connect, develop and represent the island’s next generation of professionals. During her tenure, she focused on inclusive engagement, collaboration with the wider business community, and creating opportunities for learning and connection. Prior to this, Sophie has served on the Council as Vice President and Membership Secretary.
Outside of work, Sophie enjoys cooking, sea swimming and exploring Guernsey’s coastline.
