Join YBG for a summer evening of great conversation, hands-on dining, and inspiring local insight in the stunning setting of the Rock Garden at Fermain Valley.
We’ll kick things off with a welcome cocktail on the terrace, followed by a sociable two-course dinner cooked the Sizzle and Stone way – that means you’ll be cooking your own meal at the table on a volcanic hot stone, making this an experience as interactive as it is delicious.

We’re thrilled to welcome back our 2024 Bill Green Award Winners, Naomi and Ben Tustin of Guernsey Seaweed, who will be sharing their journey from startup to sustainable success, as well as insights into the island’s marine resources and the future of food innovation – you’ll even get to taste test the product as you cook your food!
