In a slight change to our usual schedule (on account of all the public holidays coming up), our next event will be taking place in the third week of May, rather than the first.
We will be joined by guest speaker, Sarah Livestro, Legal Director at the Guernsey Competition and Regulatory Authority (the “GCRA”). Sarah will be talking us through the key aspects of competition law and regulation (and why it’s important for business to stay the right side of the line), and will be giving us an insight into life at the GCRA, what it’s like to regulate a small jurisdiction and re-capping on some key messages from recent decisions
