Our guest speaker, Megan Seward from Isle Health will be joining us for a sumptuous breakfast from the menu below and telling us all about starting up her business during the pandemic, life as an ambassador for health & wellness and the impact it’s had on her career.

BREAKFAST MENU

Full Rascal Breakfast – Scrambled egg, sausages, bacon, baked beans, mushrooms & toast

Plant Based Breakfast (VE) –  Smashed avocado, poached eggs, crumbled feta & toasted sourdough

Pulled Pork Rosti – BBQ Pulled Pork, crispy potato rosti, fried egg and sriracha sauce

Granola & Fruit Bowl (VE)

Selection of tea, coffee and juices also available

The event will take place a week later than usual (allowing for those who may be away for Christmas to return) but please RSVP to [email protected] by the 6th January if you’d like to attend with you menu choices and any dietary requirements.
