Breakfast @ Fat Rascal with PF+A

While enjoying breakfast, we’ll be joined by Charlie Hodder, Senior Designer from PF+A Architecture, who will be talking about how he took the concept of architectural sketching to the streets of St Peter Port through after work club – the PF+A Sketch Club.

Breakfast choices are as follows:

• Smashed Avocado on Sourdough, with crumbled feta, chilli oil and poached eggs (V/GFO)
• Chorizo Hash: Fried chorizo, sauteed potatoes, onion and a fried egg
• Rascal Rancheros Grilled Tortilla: Homemade beans and chorizo sauce, smashed avocado and feta, and two fried eggs
• Mushroom Eggs Benedict: Fried mushrooms, wilted spinach, sourdough toast and hollandaise sauce (V)
• Vegan Rancheros: Grilled tortilla, homemade baked beans, vegan sauce, smashed avocado, scrambled tofu and vegan feta (VE)
• Banana Pancakes: x3 pancakes with banana, honest and toasted almonds (V)

A wide selection of tea, coffee and juices will also be available.
