Breakfast at Crêpe Maison
Join us on Thursday 5 October 2023 at 7:30am for a chance to catch up and network over a tasty breakfast at Crêpe Maison.
Menu choices are as follows:
Croque Monsieur (a la Crepe Maison) – ham, comte, cantal, parmesan, creme Fraiche, cream, nutmeg
Continental – croissant, sourdough, emmental, cured ham, butter & bonne maman jam
Galette Complete – ham, egg, gruyere
Strictly Vegan – vegan cheese, vegan meat, mushrooms, cherry tomato
Avocado on Sourdough – Herritage tomato, balsamic reduction
Plus a tea, coffee or juice of your choice.
This time, we’ll be joined by guest speaker, Natalia Silvester, owner and Managing Director of the Silvester Group. The Silvester Group is a family run business operating some of Guernsey’s finest eateries, including Crêpe Maison and Waffle & Co. Natalia will be telling us all about her journey and her experiences in business so far, and giving us an insight into her newest venture – the Renoir Tea Garden at the beautiful Moulin Huet.
